Amazing gym with a great atmosphere. You want to learn how to stay alive while crushing your opponents will to go on? Then go here. Everyone is super friendly but the second you slap and bump, it is time to get to work. Instructors are very knowledgeable and offer many valuable nuggets in every class.

Have an instructor/teacher that not only knows the material but can teach and explain it in a way that you can grasp and apply it. Greg does this. He breaks down each technique and explains the underlying principles so you understand why it works. After just a few months here, I have a framework for the entire game.
